I spend time looking for a local course and stumbled across the course hear, which works better for me. I'm on day 3 of the first week.

It's a wonderful course that helps people who struggle with stress and other difficulties, and very good for beginners or advanced meditation practitioners. Find out more here, if you're interested ?
