I spend time looking for a local course and stumbled across the course hear, which works better for me. I'm on day 3 of the first week.

Moderator Candy Posted January 25, 2021 Moderator @Felicidad It is a Mindfulness/Meditation Based Stress Reduction course that's currently offered in our Academy free of charge.
