Hello Sarah My name is Michele.. Im currently using meditation music to keep me aligned with the universe.  Meditation music has helped me to re-program some of the conditioned mindset I was raised with.. Hoep it helps and hope you enjoy!!

Hi Sarah,

I use the calm app, go to a class every other week where we do different meditations each week and try different ones on YouTube where I found Moojiji and this site. I really like Chakra meditations, using colour and visualisations to clear and balance my chakras.
