Can you imagine if you have a friend talks about her boyfriend all the time and never talks about anything else

I'm a guy with a girlfriend, so my point of view is different, but here is what I think about that:

 

Her boyfriend probably became an important aspect of her life. So if you talk about each other's newest activities he is part of some of them. 

As someone being in a relationship, it can be helpful to talk to a friend about it for a second opinion.
