Mainly because I analyze people and things around me to a fault, and I don't play close attention to how my surroundings affect me internally. So, sometimes, my own emotions scare me, and I would steam off in outbursts at unexpected occasions. Spending more time getting in touch with my emotions. Edited October 27, 2022 by kidashanti

I consider myself emotional too so needing to find ways to learn how to manage my emotions, specially angry outbursts towards husband or son. Did you know that we can choose how we feel? it just takes time and effort to learn how to by being aware of the emotion by noticing our physiological reactions, acceptance and shifting our thoughts towards pleasant ones then having the good feelings. Maybe you can give that a try
