Hello, I'm from Toronto. My neighbor's family died in a car accident. He is currently living alone. The accident has caused him some psychological suffering and I want to help him. Who may file a psychological distress claim? What exactly is the reward? I would value legal advice. Does anyone in this room know of any lawyers who deal with cases like these? I have no first-hand experience with this. I sincerely hope that some of you can assist me.

I don't know, but if he goes to the doctor, the doctor can tell him what to do about his psychological suffering or at least recommend a psychiatrist.
