Hi Uma!
I thought you might find this article interesting, it's called Mindfulness at Work and has some good tips and advice ?

Hello @umanair what helps me are regular quick checkins - for example a 3-step-breathing-space - to recognize where I might have become tense and reconsider my priorities for the next hour.

Thank you Tine for your reply. If you can pls tell me what is 3 space breathing space, would be highly obliged.

Work can be stressful, but if you don't want to burn out, what you really need is a better attitude about stress. The approach I find most useful, and the one I recommend in these pages, is a practice called mindfulness. Mindfulness is paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgementally to the unfolding of experience moment to moment.
