I've been a daily meditator (in the Theravada Buddhist tradition, mostly) for 12 years and find that listening to guided hypnosis sessions are a wonderful add-on. Even after 12 years of meditation I still find it a challenge to quiet the striving mind and regulate difficult emotional states.
