Hey guys, 
My name is Alex. I am excited to be apart of this forum and I want to take more time for mediation in my life. I have several stressors in my life come and go but haven't always delt with them in the best way. I am a kinda new to meditation, I know of a few things that I have used that helps with relaxation and allows me to think deeper about life, what it means and what is important. I am open to what others thoughts and advice.
