A lot of people are going through things they never talk about, and you sharing your feelings might open up for an honest conversation. ✨ However, if you need someone to talk to and don't feel like you can open up to the people around you, perhaps you should talk to a professional.

But it's not. So start by knowing and remembering that your feeling is normal and sharing it can attract help which can also encourage someone else.
