There were times when I lost my loved one and when I lost in my business and got cheated by own friends. The diary writing has helped me to over from those thoughts.
Members Popular Post 5D**** Posted October 6, 2019 Members Popular Post Posted October 6, 2019 I journal daily I like to use the word focused meditation because I like to listen to podcasts and consider my writing channeling or going with the spiritual flow of thought streams that pop into my head as I'm listening to what I'm hearing.
Moderator Popular Post Candy Posted October 7, 2019 Moderator Popular Post Posted October 7, 2019 I used to do morning pages nearly every day, where I spend time in the morning just writing whatever needs to be released. I found it to be a great tool to help keep the mind calm and release all those emotions and thoughts that need releasing. I felt a lot calmer on the days I did it. I think journaling in itself is a great way to release emotions and funky energy. Since I don't really have anyone to talk to about how I feel, or what I'm going through, I began to really love my journaling. I haven't done it in a good while though, so thank you both for the reminder.
