According to a research in the field of Postive Psychology, there are other positive emotions that can be pursued too in order to make our mental health better each day. Today we must try to experience at least one emotion from this list - Gratitude, Serenity and Hope. I'll start with gratitude. What about you all?

We tend to be so good at feeling a negative experience so intensely, but we rarely dig deeper into the nuances of a positive experience. "I was happy", but why exactly? Because I felt understood? Connected? Free? Hopeful? Like suffering, happiness is an elaborate mix, and it's fun to dig into the different ingredients of a specific experience and emotion. And for me, today it's hope!
