Exactly! What guides me? Well I went through a crazy depression and came out of it just so grateful for everything and everyone around me. Since then I’ve been all about books and meditation. I’ve had some shocking but all around fantastic experiences, the spiritual path is honestly a roller coaster.

It's interesting to see that depression is quite often the beginning of a spiritual path. I need to think about Eckhard Tolle and  "The Power of Now" The book was also a result of years of depression and helps now people to find their way. Would you like to share which books helped you most? I like your comparison with a roller coaster. I think if you're inside it, the best thing is to let it go and experience it.
