We all have days when we're feeling down ⛅ but remember that it will pass and that it will get better 🌈 Try and do something that you enjoy and that puts a smile on your face - even just for a moment, but allow yourself to feel down as well đŸŒ± Your feelings are valid!

if you are feeling down, take a rest, first.
Then step back and start to remember your goal in life. Hopefully, your goal will remind you to be motivated and happy again
