When computer programs and algorithms mimic the human ability to think, they are said to be using artificial intelligence. The 'intelligence' part of the phrase refers to the ability to build knowledge derived from acquired data. The 'artificial' part refers to the machine that is using that intelligence, usually a computer or, increasingly, a series of computers that can communicate with one another over the internet. The idea is that artificial intelligence will be able to replicate or at least offer something similar to human thought processes in the near future.
No two relationships are the same as one another. Therefore, no single way of dealing with a breakup is the model you should try to follow. Some couples find that dealing with the breakup of their relationship is very easy, and it feels like an almost natural process. For many others, however, dealing with breakup fallout takes years to recover from. Bear in mind, too, that dealing with a breakup need not necessarily mean your most intimate relationship. It could also mean falling out with a child or a parent or even a sibling. In some cases, dealing with a breakup could even mean stopping being friends with someone you have liked for many years. As such, there are many different emotions that people will feel as a result of a relationship breakdown. How you deal with them is, of course, another matter.
There are several different types of emotional intelligence. Specifically, EQ is an emotional quotient of emotional intelligence which means that a score is made of various types of emotions in order to measure and compare them. More widely, EQ is an ability which allows someone to distinguish between multiple emotional states and act accordingly. For example, an emotionally intelligent person would be able to differentiate between feelings of frustration and anger. Crucially, EQ means adjusting your behaviour in response to your own emotional state as well as recognising the feelings of others and adapting to them. In this regard, emotional intelligence is closely linked to empathy.
