The Mindfulness Centre of Barcelona is a meeting place with inner calm, self-knowledge and self-care, accompanied by experienced teachers and the support of a group practice.
The Mindfulness Centre of Barcelona offers an open space to everyone wishing to deepen and share in a group the practice of mindfulness and compassion, as well as other complementary forms of meditation, yoga and psychotherapy. From its Buddhist sources, mindfulness today adopts a secular and modern vision, oriented towards the same purposes of attention and relief of psychological distress, as well as the development of human potential.
