Solterreno – 'Sun and earth' - A centre for mindfulness and healing.

The retreat centre lies in peaceful countryside where you can live close to nature. The various living spaces offer all modern day comforts including; abundant hot water, electricity, modern shower and toilet block, swimming pool, WIFI. Full board is available - includes all meals and special dietry needs are catered for.

Stay in our hand-built hexagonal wooden cabin with kitchen, en suite bathroom and a private terrace with views of the mountains, valley and the sea. The space is ideal for meditation, relaxation and rest.

We have a dedicated meditation space which can host small retreats of up to 12 people.

There are some fascinating walks like the "Barranc del Infern" (Hells gorge), a closed circuit route of some 14Km which takes in 5,946 steps carved into the sides of the valley. The surrounding mountains are ideal for hiking.
